I’ve contacted Rocky Mountain Biohazard twice now and both times they have been amazing. Natalie and Justin have been so helpful and responsive. Justin is clearly and expert and quickly earned my respect with the work he performs. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional and demonstrated their expertise in detecting, mitigating and ridding of mold issues. Randy is so helpful and takes the time to help educate you on the process and what needs to happen, they helped me every step of the way through some crucial moments for our family. I can’t say enough about the expertise, and professionalism and they are just great people to work with.

I highly recommend this company! They responded to a rodent biohazard in my car in less than 24 hours, were very professional, and thoroughly cleaned up the mess. Bryson and Bryan were great to work with.

The folks at Rocky mountain were very polite and friendly and took items such as towing off my plate to facilitate an easier day for me as I was not having a great one. However, the services provided were not sufficient and did not remediate the issue. I received feedback from the Subaru dealer that the vehicle still smelled of human excriment, essentially identifying that the scope of the work performed by Rocky Mountain BioHazard was not sufficient to remove the biological matter from the vehicle, and the objective of the work was not achieved. Furthermore, the Subaru dealer indicated the pricing appeared fairly high. Ovearll, nice people but low quality work and no will to take a second pass at a cleaning (possibly to take care of areas that were missed) or to provide a discount on partial refund due to the less than ideal outcome of the work performed.

I highly recommend this company! Donnie, Randel and their team are very knowledgeable and thorough. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure that we were happy with the work. They were very careful with our belongings and made sure that everything was neat and tidy before they left. They are a true pleasure to work with and it’s obvious that they genuinely care about their customers.

I cant say enough about how amazing this team is! I wish I could give them 10 stars! They were quick, efficient, professional and given the circumstances of the clean up that needed to be performed, an absolute delight to work with! They made my life so much easier in dealing with a death in the family and just removed one very large item off of my "I don't know where to turn next" list. As I don't live in the city/state where the clean up was needed they made things so easy. My family and I really appreciate this whole team!

Randel scheduled an appointment for us within hours of us reaching out that morning. The work was complete that afternoon after a thorough evaluation and an honest discussion. Justin and Chaz were very professional -- knowledgeable, personable, respectful and efficient. RMB cleaned away the stress and fear from the entire process and situation and left us feeling at ease. The business I work for contacted Rocky Mountain BioHazard to help us implement new safety and sanitation methods. They were awesome. Rocky Mountain is highly recommended. They were very kind and gracious to me. The person who came out named Justin was very compassionate and they did a good job during a very difficult time in my life. Randall the manager was an absolute sweetheart and if you are in need of these types of services I couldn't recommend them enough.

THOROUGH. KNOWLEDGEABLE. GRACIOUS. Randall and Justin were just at my home in Erie. I am Very pleased with them personally and professionally. I appreciated the Time that Randall took to Listen and to Inform/Educate us about our mold issue. He explained and performed the whole process necessary to remediate. He even did a couple things above and beyond. I can tell that he is invested in his career and the quality of work he provides. He was also able to refer to another contractor to complete the renovation, and suggested products we could use. We appreciated his experience and insight. I hope to not need them again, but would not hesitate to!
