The folks at Rocky mountain were very polite and friendly and took items such as towing off my plate to facilitate an easier day for me as I was not... having a great one. However, the services provided were not sufficient and did not remediate the issue. I received feedback from the Subaru dealer that the vehicle still smelled of human excriment, essentially identifying that the scope of the work performed by Rocky Mountain BioHazard was not sufficient to remove the biological matter from the vehicle, and the objective of the work was not achieved. Furthermore, the Subaru dealer indicated the pricing appeared fairly high. Ovearll, nice people but low quality work and no will to take a second pass at a cleaning (possibly to take care of areas that were missed) or to provide a discount on partial refund due to the less than ideal outcome of the work performed.read more
